VR Walk Through Project Overview

ARS created a VR walk through for a realty company, adding in proper materials and layout to show what their condo would look like in real life. This virtual space was designed to be more than a 360 view of the environment. The view was built with interactive visualizations and note taking ability to help the client and renter communicate.

• Online and VR walk throughs are better because users can click to teleport. Additionally, user control is available with arrow keys and mouse.
• Redline markups with commenting are available in real time. As a result, while with your client virtually, you/ they can mark up renderings and save notes in the platform. 
• Invite all project stakeholders to work in one platform, resulting in slashed time spent emailing and finding emails.

VR Walk Through Challenges and Core Considerations

• Client needed to see multiple options with 3D visualizations. They needed to make design and development decisions from renderings to reduce cost and timeline.

The client can give the buyer a better understanding of what they want because they can control their VR walk through experience without the realtor’s help. They can “move around the room” to view sight-lines or other points of interest.
