Idea Generation: Concept Dreaming & Discovery
We start with discovery and dreaming. The dream stage is where our team is different. With almost 10 years of virtual technology development, we have the creativity and experience to show you many possibilities with the technology. Moreover, we create concept development of the ideas to make sure they are feasible.
Project Design, Development, Estimating and Planning
We pick the best idea and select the right development engine for your needs. We have Unity, Unreal Engine, Web and Mobile App developers and we assemble the right team that best fits your technology needs based on experience. We map out an initial design storyboard for your use case and define the roadmap for an MVP (minimum viable product), POC or Project development.
Our project management team uses agile methodology to set up avenues so the user can provide feedback for the end product throughout the project steps. Furthermore, we collaborate with the client on user design, estimating and planning to create project milestones and a timeline for completion. Moreover, our project managers outline technical components, platform and development timeline.
Project Management with AR & VR Development Teams
Your project manager will choose the right project development team to complete the project. We choose the best use case for prototype development and identify the best platform for development, for instance: native language code, unreal engine, unity. Next we will create the framework. This can include: ARkit, ARTook kit, Wikitude, VUforia, Open CV and/or AR core for iOS and/or Android, Mac or PC. Finally, we will create a user interface for design component
Project Milestones & Customer Collaboration
Our next stage is concentrated on UI and UX development. We create or utilize existing artwork, animations or photogrammetry photos and format them to convert designs into digital 3D objects and assets. However, design is just one component to good development. In conjunction with design, our team is concentrating on the UX code. We are developing code and testing each sprint. Communication is key to a successful project. Throughout the project, we have bi-weekly or weekly customer communication check points to ensure correct deliverables.
AR and VR Development Project Delivery
In the final project stage, we test the production of the working POC, MVP or full project and provision deployment for distribution and delivery. We set up a schedule for future QA testing to ensure quality product and/or begin the next project for the customer.
