The Another Reality Studio Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is an advisory board of directors for the company. The team influences and provides consultation and feedback on major company decisions. In addition, the ELT provides strategic focus and vision.

The ELT is focused on five main areas of the business. Firstly, they anticipate future needs and opportunities, ensure the future sustainability of the organization and minimize risk. Secondly, they provide strategic focus, vision and better decision making by evaluating and developing business strategies and processes. Thirdly, they develop plans for infrastructure, staff and facilities expansion and evaluate the effectiveness of the current offerings. In the fourth place, they expand market strategies. Finally, they provide focus of company priorities and clarity of market changes and demands.
